Haiti is often torn apart by natural disasters, civil unrest, and extreme poverty. At It’s 4 the Kids, we have adopted Gracious Hands orphanage to ensure all 42 children that live there and 10 full-time staff are taken care of and provided with what they need for basic necessities, education, and healthcare.
step-by-step process
How It Works
When travel is safe, we send groups of volunteers down to provide hands-on assistance with the kids at Gracious Hands. When it is not safe, we still provide necessary food and supplies for happy and healthy children.
Ongoing Communication
As one of our signature programs, we are in constant contact with the employees at Gracious Hands to fully understand their children’s most important needs.
Provide Necessary Supplies
Multiple times per year we send food and supplies to ensure the children are well taken care of and provided for including toys and games for fun and educational purposes.
Visit Haiti as Often as Possible
When possible, we go deliver support and supplies in person with hands-on assistance to keep Gracious Hands children front of mind and to remind them we care.
